Job Summary

We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer who is proficient in UI/UX principles and has a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual content across multiple platforms, from social media to web and landing pages. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the founders, who bring a wealth of experience from their time at leading companies such as Xiaomi India, Eurofins, and Ellucian.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging social media creatives and marketing materials.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing web pages and landing pages.
• Create professional and aesthetically pleasing ebook and whitepaper designs.
• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to ensure a cohesive brand identity.
• Translate concepts and ideas into high-quality visual designs.
• Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar software.
• A solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• A "growth mindset" with a demonstrable ability to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and personal development.

Bonus Skills

• Video editing skills will be considered a significant advantage.
