The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled SEO Content Marketer to be the engine of our clients' organic growth. This is not just a writing role; it's a strategic position responsible for the entire content lifecycle, from ideation and keyword strategy to publication, optimization, and performance analysis. You will be instrumental in building our clients' authority and turning their websites into lead-generation machines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & Execute Content Strategy: Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP analysis to build data-driven content calendars that target high-intent audiences.
• Create High-Quality Content: Write fluent, engaging, and SEO-optimized content, including long-form blog posts, articles, and website copy tailored for international audiences.
• Craft Authoritative Business Content: Develop compelling case studies and in-depth whitepapers that showcase client success and build brand credibility.
• On-Page SEO Mastery: Meticulously optimize all content for search engines, ensuring best practices for titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, and schema markup are met.
• Measure & Report: Track content performance using tools like Google Analytics and Ahrefs/SEMrush. Report on key metrics, including keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and content marketing best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SEO Content Marketer, Content Strategist, or a similar role with a strong portfolio of published work.
• Demonstrable proof of having successfully increased organic traffic and keyword rankings for previous websites. This is a non-negotiable requirement.
• Deep, practical understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Hands-on proficiency with industry-standard SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console).
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with specific experience writing for international B2B or B2C clients.
• Knowledge of common writing frameworks (e.g., AIDA, PAS, STAR) and how to apply them to create persuasive content.
• A growth mindset: you are a proactive learner, naturally curious, and able to adapt to new technologies and strategies quickly.
