Growthmak is building the future of our agency, and we're looking for passionate, driven talent to join us at the ground floor. We are developing GrowthOS, a bespoke, AI-powered marketing operating system that will serve as the "central nervous system" of our agency. This isn't just another internal tool; it's the most important, compounding asset we will ever build.

The core mission of GrowthOS is to transform our agency from a traditional service-based model into a platform-powered leader. The system will automate repetitive tasks, provide deep analytical insights, and codify the "GrowthMak way" to ensure a consistent, high-quality standard of service.

This is a unique opportunity to work on a career-defining project. You won't be working on trivial tasks; you will be building the strategic backbone of our company from genesis. This internship is for individuals who believe in the power of building a great product from the ground up and are ready to prove their value.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement complex workflows and features on the Bubble.io platform, drawing from the GrowthOS Technical Blueprint.
• Architect a scalable database architecture, including implementing Option Sets and scalable relationships to ensure performance.
• Integrate the platform with external services and an AI engine using API calls and backend workflows.
• Collaborate with the project lead to implement core features, including the 11 Master Prompts for client acquisition, onboarding, and service delivery.
• Ensure the final product is a secure, reliable, and high-quality asset that can be used to manage all agency operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Bubble.io is a prerequisite. This is not a learning position for beginners; you must be able to build - If you can't, learn bubble.io and get back to us.
• Familiarity with building and debugging complex workflows and backend workflows.
• Knowledge of designing scalable database structures within Bubble.io.
• Experience with API integrations (e.g., connecting to external services like OpenAI, n8n, etc.).
• A strong passion for building products and a keen eye for detail.
• Current enrollment in a college program, recent graduation, or relevant experience.
